I'm Every Woman....

Hello all!  Its been at least six months or so since my last post...Sometimes I wonder what was it that made me think I would have time to keep up a blog??  However, I really would like to give another go at it and see what happens.

What better way to "restart" than on this auspicious International Woman's Day.  I think this day is more of a connection for women then Mother's Day, after all, not everyone is a mother, but we are all women plugging through life in our day to day routines.  These could include a career in the corporate world, a job in the fashion industry, a position in the medical field, a secretary, chef...or just simply caring for elderly family members.  We do it all, and a lot of the time do not show how tired and weary we are, we just keep up the pace because we want to prove how invincible we are.  We usually put ourselves last on the totem pole and take care of everybody else first.

Don't you think its about time we gave ourselves a hand...no, make that a standing ovation!!!  We certainly have earned it!!
